Western Christian High School parents, it's time to book your student for their senior portrait.

Your school has selected us as the official yearbook photographer. Please schedule your session date before September 30th, 2025 to be included in the yearbook.

Our studio specializes in creating custom senior portraits that showcase your graduate's personality. We prioritize your student's needs to ensure a pleasant experience they will cherish for years to come.

Below, you will find essential information and should watch the video to prepare. We aim to make the process of creating special memories fun and exciting. Yearbook Deadline: September 30th, 2025

• Session Fee: $35 for 30 minute session in studio

  Please arrive 10 minutes early and be prepared. Your session may allow for extra portraits if you arrive on time.

• Yearbook Portrait Wardrobe Requirements for Western Christian:

  • Specific wardrobe requirements for yearbook portraits are to ensure a cohesive and professional appearance. Don’t worry, we provide the clothing for your convenience if you do not have your own. Please read the guidelines below for ladies and gentlemen

  • Gentlemen are required to wear a black suit jacket, a white button-down shirt, and a black tie. We recommend wearing a plain white t-shirt without logos underneath the white button-down shirt to avoid any visibility.

  • Ladies are required to wear the black velvet drape. Our studio provides this for you but please wear or bring a tank top so our stylists can easily fit the velvet drape around your shoulders. If you forget your own, we do have tank tops available to change into for your convenience.

• Portrait Options Include:

  • Yearbook Portrait: This is the start of your session, so you will wear your required yearbook outfit first. Once your yearbook portrait is complete, we move on to the other options listed below.

  • Cap and Gown Portraits: We have the WCHS cap & gowns, along with some accompanying props.

  • Showcase Your Personality with Personalized Senior Portraits: Let's create portraits that truly represent who you are! Bring an outfit change or a mix of shirts/tops, sports gear, casual wear, hats or formal attire. Think about some props that reflect your interests, like musical instruments or sports equipment. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance if they will be joining us!

• Viewing and Ordering Information:

  • Images will be available for viewing and ordering immediately following your session. We ask for a parent/guardian to accompany their student during this process. To make it easy for you to choose, we project your portraits on a TV in one of our sales rooms Please note we do not post pictures online or send them via email for review or ordering purposes. You must plan to view and/or place your order after the session; this process typically takes about 30-45 minutes, though it may vary. At this time, the yearbook image will be chosen by your student.

  • Order and pay in full on the same day as your senior portrait session to receive a 5% discount and free shipping. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this discount.

  • If you pre purchased a package and want to upgrade it on the day of your session, no problem!

• Schedule Your Appointment Online: Please click the link below to select a day and time that suits you best. Make sure to allow enough time for travel to the studio and viewing the portraits on the same day. As a reminder, the combined portrait and ordering session could last up to one hour. If for any reason you can’t stay to review the portraits after your session, a $25 deposit is required to book a return date to review and that amount will be credited towards your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for any questions or help.

House Rules/No Photos or Videos: We warmly welcome parents to join us in the studio during the session, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us create images that resonate with you. To ensure a positive experience, we ask your family to please refrain from taking pictures or video of your student, our screens, or displays during and after the session. If it becomes difficult to follow, we may need to ask you to step outside. Only our team members will take photos and videos in the studio. Thank you for your understanding!
