About Digital Files

Hi-resolution digital files are great for online sharing and DIY projects like graduation announcements and cards. Social media files work well for sharing on platforms like Instagram.


However, we don't recommend relying solely on digital formats to preserve your most cherished memories — hard drives fail and file formats change. Pair your digital files with prints or wall art for lasting keepsakes.

Studio Policies

Ordering
  • One ordering appointment included with your session — this is your opportunity to view, select, and purchase
  • Additional appointments may be scheduled for $25 each, subject to availability
  • We back up your files, but unordered portraits are not guaranteed after your appointment
  • We are not responsible for archiving portraits that have not been ordered
Shipping
  • Order and pay in full at your ordering appointment — shipping is on us!
  • Orders placed after your appointment are subject to a $20 shipping fee
Production
  • Production begins immediately upon ordering
  • All sales are final — no refunds once production has begun
  • No downgrades or removals once production begins
  • Changes limited to adding prints or upgrading packages only
Storage & Pickup
  • Orders held 90 days then shipped to address on file
  • Unpaid orders discarded after 90 days — no refund
  • Lost or damaged digital files — liability limited to session fee refund
Yearbook
  • Your selected portrait is submitted directly to your school's yearbook staff
  • We are not responsible for publication, inclusion, or name spelling

  • Photographing or scanning our artwork, displays, or screens is not permitted at any time
