CSArts High School parents, it’s time to book your student for their senior portrait.

Your school has selected us as the official yearbook photographer. Please schedule your session date before September 13th, 2025 to be included in the yearbook.

Our studio specializes in creating custom senior portraits that showcase your graduate's personality. We prioritize your student's needs to ensure a pleasant experience they will cherish for years to come.

Below, you will find essential information and should watch the video to prepare. We aim to make the process of creating special memories fun and exciting. Yearbook Deadline: September 13th, 2025

Senior students must have their photos taken by Saturday, September 13, to be included in the 2025-2026 yearbook. Summer sessions are recommended, as availability will be limited to Saturdays once the conservatory program starts. Sessions fill up quickly, so please don't wait to book.

• Session Fee: $35 for 30 minute session in studio

  Please arrive 10 minutes early and be prepared. Your session may allow for extra portraits if you arrive on time.

• Yearbook Portrait Wardrobe Options:

  • CSArts students have the freedom to wear whatever they want for the yearbook portrait, whether that be formal or casual attire. Please, no hats for this particular photo. Many students wear semi-formal such as suits, dresses, or nicer casual wear but totally up to you!.

  • For those who prefer a more traditional look, we offer black suit jackets, white shirts, ties, and the classic black velvet drape.

• Portrait Options Include:

  • Yearbook Portrait: This is the start of your session, so please wear your preferred yearbook outfit first. CSArts has a unique style for yearbook portraits, featuring a rustic posing table. Please watch the video for a more detailed explanation and feel free to bring small props that represent your story. Once your yearbook portrait is complete, we move on to the other options listed below.

  • Cap and Gown Portraits: We have the CSArts cap & gowns here at our studio, along with some accompanying props.

  • Showcase Your Personality with Personalized Senior Portraits: Let's create portraits that truly represent who you are! Bring an outfit change or a mix of shirts/tops, sports gear, casual wear, hats or formal attire. Think about some props that reflect your interests, like musical instruments or sports equipment. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance if they will be joining us!

• Viewing and Ordering Information:

  • Images will be available for viewing and ordering immediately following your session. We ask for a parent/guardian to accompany their student during this process. To make it easy for you to choose, we project your portraits on a TV in one of our sales rooms Please note we do not post pictures online or send them via email for review or ordering purposes. You must plan to view and/or place your order after the session; this process typically takes about 30-45 minutes, though it may vary. At this time, the yearbook image will be chosen by your student.

  • Order and pay in full on the same day as your senior portrait session to receive a 5% discount and free shipping. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this discount.

• Schedule Your Appointment Online: Please click the link below to select a day and time that suits you best. Make sure to allow enough time for travel to the studio and viewing the portraits on the same day. As a reminder, the combined portrait and ordering session could last up to one hour. If for any reason you can’t stay to review the portraits after your session, a $25 deposit is required to book a return date to review and that amount will be credited towards your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for any questions or help.

House Rules/No Photos or Videos: We warmly welcome parents to join us in the studio during the session, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us create images that resonate with you. To ensure a positive experience, we ask your family to please refrain from taking pictures or video of your student, our screens, or displays during and after the session. If it becomes difficult to follow, we may need to ask you to step outside. Only our team members will take photos and videos in the studio. Thank you for your understanding!
