The Family Portrait Experience

I know how hectic the world can be. With busy schedules, work commitments, and an endless list of chores, it often feels like you're constantly rushing to get everything done.

But when do you take a moment to celebrate what you have?

Family Portraits create a lasting legacy that we can pass down to future generations. So even when life gets hard and time seems to fly by, a family portrait on your wall is a constant reminder that the only thing we truly need is each other.

STEP 1 - The Family Portrait Experience

Starts with a $125 Session Fee

This includes the following:

1) Pre-Session In-Person Consultation

2) 1.5 - 2hr On Location Portrait Experience

3) Design & Purchasing Appointment

A non-refundable session fee of $125 is due at the time of booking and will be credited toward your final purchase!

Session fees do not include prints, digital files, or products.

STEP 2 - Choose a Digital Collection

Our digital collections start at $995 and offer a range of options, allowing you to purchase anywhere from 10 digital files to the entire session.

**All clients are required to choose and pay in full for one digital collection before their portrait session.**

STEP 3 - Your Session

By now, we have covered all the details for your upcoming portrait session during our pre-session consultation, and you are all set for the big day!

Genuine, beautiful images are born from connection. Take a deep breath and be present with one another in the moment. A styling assistant (hair and makeup not included) will be present on set to help guide you and your family throughout the session. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can truly be yourselves and enjoy the experience.

STEP 4 - Pick Your Photos

Within two weeks of your session, I’ll invite you to a virtual or in-studio appointment for your first look at the photos and pick your favorites for your Digital Collection.

STEP 5 - Wall Art & Heirlooms

Love your photos? If you're looking for wall art or heirlooms, once you choose your photos, I'll assist you in designing your artwork for your home to ensure a seamless experience.

Having trouble imagining how it’ll all look? Just snap a picture of the wall where you want to hang your art, and I’ll create some beautiful mock designs just for you.

Heirlooms start at $200, and Wall Collections (three or more frames) start at $900.

Digital Collections do not include wall art or other products.

As a special thank you for choosing us, we're offering extra credit—starting at +$200!— toward the final cost of your artwork if you decide to purchase any products.

How should we prepare for a family photoshoot?

Choose clothes that reflect your personal style, whether in earthy tones or vibrant colors. Feel free to mix in different textures, like linen, knits, leather, and denim. We’re aiming for a coordinated look, not matching outfits.

Don't worry about trends. Just wear whatever makes you happy. We’ll have a styling assistant (hair and makeup not included) on set to guide you through the process and make sure you look your very best.

Of course! Pets are such an important part of the family, and I love including them in sessions.
Please let me know in advance so we can coordinate a location and timing that works well for everyone, including your furry companions!
Family sessions typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the size of your family and the flow of the day.
There is always ample time for everyone to settle in, relax, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Your session fee includes the photoshoot itself, a pre-session consultation with personalised support for planning and styling, and a purchasing appointment.
It also includes a design consultation if you choose to purchase products. During this meeting, I’ll help you choose how to turn your images into tangible artwork — whether it’s custom fine art frames, an heirloom album, or a one-of-a-kind portrait box.
Absolutely! It's important to feel at home in your chosen location so you can be your true selves. Whether it’s at your favorite park during golden hour, in your cozy backyard, or on a fun family adventure, I'm all in.
