International Polytechnic High School parents/guardians, it’s time to book your student for their senior portrait.
Your school has chosen us as the official yearbook photographer! Our studio specializes in creating custom senior portraits that highlight your graduate's personality. Every student is important to us, and we aim to provide a memorable experience that they will cherish for years to come.
Please schedule your session date before September 30th, 2026, to be included in the yearbook. Our schedule fills up quickly, so we recommend booking your session as soon as possible.

Yearbook Deadline: September 30th, 2026
Session Fee: $40 for 30 minute session in studio
Please arrive 10 minutes early and be prepared. Your session may allow for extra portraits if you arrive on time.
Yearbook Portrait Wardrobe Requirements:
IPoly students have the freedom to wear whatever they want for the yearbook portrait, whether that be formal or casual attire. Please, no hats for this particular photo. Many students wear semi-formal such as suits, dresses, or nicer casual wear but totally up to you!.
For those who prefer a more traditional look, we offer black suit jackets, white shirts, ties, and the classic black velvet drape.
Portrait Options include:
Yearbook Portrait: This is the start of your session, so please wear your preferred yearbook outfit first. Once your yearbook portrait is complete, we move on to the other options listed below.
Cap and Gown Portraits: We have the IPoly cap & gowns here at our studio, along with some accompanying props.
Showcase Your Personality with Personalized Senior Portraits: Let's create portraits that truly represent who you are! Bring an outfit change or a mix of shirts/tops, sports gear, casual wear, hats or formal attire. Think about some props that reflect your interests, like musical instruments or sports equipment. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance if they will be joining us!
Viewing and Ordering Information:
Images will be available for viewing and ordering immediately following your session. We ask for a parent/guardian to accompany their student during this process. To make it easy for you to choose, we project your portraits on a TV in one of our sales rooms. Please note we do not post pictures online or send them via email for review or ordering purposes. You must plan to view and/or place your order after the session; this process typically takes about 30-45 minutes, though it may vary. The yearbook image MUST be chosen by your student prior to leaving your appointment. If not, the first photo taken from your session will be submitted to the yearbook staff.
Senior Portrait Packages: Scroll down, and you'll find a variety of packages to choose from. Purchasing packages are optional and are designed to provide maximum value while preserving special moments for generations. If you pre-order your package before your session or pay in full on the same day as your senior portrait session, you will receive a 5% discount and free shipping. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to this discount. If you’ve pre-purchased a package but want to upgrade it on the day of your session, no problem! We strive to make this experience as streamlined and stress-free as possible.
Schedule Your Appointment Online: Please click the link below to select a day and time that suits you best. Make sure to allow enough time for travel to the studio and viewing the portraits on the same day. As a reminder, the combined portrait and ordering session could last up to one hour. If for any reason you can’t stay to review the portraits after your session, a $25 deposit is required to book a return date to review and that amount will be credited towards your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff for any questions or help.
House Rules/No Photos or Videos: We warmly welcome parents to join us in the studio during the session, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us create images that resonate with you. To ensure a positive experience, we ask your family to please refrain from taking pictures or video of your student, our screens, or displays during and after the session. If it becomes difficult to follow, we may need to ask you to step outside. Only our team members will take photos and videos in the studio. Thank you for your understanding!

Custom retouching is available with the Graduate package. One student per package — senior packages are for the senior only.

Studio Policies
- — One ordering appointment included with your session
- — Additional appointments may be scheduled for $25 each, subject to availability
- — We back up your files, but unordered portraits are not guaranteed after your appointment
- — We are not responsible for archiving portraits that have not been ordered
- — Order and pay in full at your ordering appointment — shipping is on us!
- — Orders placed after your appointment are subject to a $20 shipping fee
- — Production begins immediately upon ordering
- — All sales are final — no refunds once production has begun
- — No downgrades or removals once production begins
- — Changes limited to adding prints or upgrading packages only
- — Orders held 90 days then shipped to address on file
- — Unpaid orders discarded after 90 days — no refund
- — Lost or damaged digital files — liability limited to session fee refund
- — Your selected portrait is submitted directly to your school's yearbook staff
- — We are not responsible for publication, inclusion, or name spelling
